bleak

I can't make head or tail of a few things right now.

What do you do when you don't know what the truth about something is becuase you're so inside your own head that you can't work out if you're being rational or not or whether your heart is deceiving you?

What do you do when you just want everything to be ok and it just isn't?

on the up side had a great weekend in cornwall at Anna and Kenny's. Thanks guys!

Write it, draw it out, then come back to it when you have changed your frame of mind and you'll be more objective.

I find that talking things over with mum and dad help me to be more objective.

Sometimes, I just need to do something else for a bit so that my nose isn't right in the issue, then I can get more of an eagle eye perspective.

Feelings are most often, for me, incredibly misleading, particularly the more immediately impulsive and intense ones. I like to flow into feeling from knowing and thinking on hard facts. That way the feelings are more sensible and can function as proper informers rather than a measure of true/false which they are BAAAD at.

I'm with DM (though I don't know who they are!) re: chatting with you mum/dad. I've taken to doing that a lot & it helps so much to have 3rd person to chat it through with who you know's going to ask sensible questions about the issues.

Definately work it through, an objective friend helps muchly though.

praying for you bec :)
